Bite Sized Arts! | by Jill Halliday

It was my first foray into a studio tour and my good friend Wendo VanEssen shared her home studio space with me on the weekend of October 7/8th for the annual Crown & Pumpkin event.

The mornings would start off slowly, but by lunch and throughout the afternoon there was a constant flow of people coming in to see our work.

It was terrific meeting so many people who were genuinely interested and wanted to know more about my Bite-Sized Art. I launched those at the 2023 Ten Collective show and they’ve become very popular. Folk connect to the little paintings with big character. And they get such a kick out of the descriptions (or, should I say, “stories”).

Below are a few that which are still available, and I’ve added a few more in my gallery on the Ten Collective website: https://www.thetencollective.com/jill-halliday-2023.
